Tania van Zijl Offers Glimpse into ‘The Spiritual Dimension’

In her efforts to reach out and help people deal with unhappiness, Tania van Zijl often gifted them with books offering spiritual teachings that would benefit in their healing. To her surprise, many of them did not read those books. Various reasons were given, but, through it all, she found that there is a need to present the information they needed in a simple manner.

In her first book “The Spiritual Dimension”, she sets out to do just that through the clever use of illustrations that guide readers to the access point of their spiritual transformation.

In the book, van Zijl presents the character of Fred, who represents the typical perspective of many people with regard to spiritual teachings and their importance to people’s daily lives.
She challenges Fred for an hour of his time for a glimpse of the spiritual dimension. Drawing on her background in psychology, she explains, via the use of comical illustrations, the elements that lead to unhappiness and provides the mechanism by which this can be controlled.

“A new consciousness is emerging,” says van Zijl, “and there are many people that need the understanding and assistance.” Based on her own journey through Panic Attack Disorder and the gift that came out of her suffering, “The Spiritual Dimension” is a self-help book that offers a simple way to glimpse this new consciousness.
