Tell Facebook NOTHING

I would like to start today by taking 2 conscious breaths together.

I’d like everyone to take a deep inhale from the base of the stomach and then a steady exhale to release all the tension.

And again..

A deep breath IN to clear the mind and a steady release OUT of unwanted energy.

This is a great way to become present and break the momentum of the mind.  By putting space in between the thoughts, it can help you to pull out of the momentum of thinking and clear the mind.  So that, as described in “The Spiritual Dimension”, YOU can gain more control over your thoughts.

Over repeated practice you can enjoy episodes of non-thought, where your presence is experienced or you experience yourself as the awareness that you are.

If you can do this every day- let’s say before you log on to Facebook- that’s something most people do on a daily basis- then you are off to a great start.

One day you might log onto Facebook and staring you in the face will be the question:

What’s on your mind?

And you can take great pleasure in saying:

Nothing at all

    Great advice and so do able in daily life….love the blog….
