The Tea fit for the GODS

Most Bloggers will eventually post a Blog called, “My Night time Routine.”  They will give a clear and concise list of the things they do with the associated perfect timing to boot.  Well sorry not in this household.  We all eat- eventually.  Sometimes it’s together but usually it is not.  With two teenagers and a husband that’s never been a team player; the consciousness that runs their pattern has always been stronger than mine.  For the love of peace- I have learned to let go of any idea of normality and go with what works, and for the time that it is effective.  Very often what works doesn’t last and is replaced by a new pattern and so on.

These days if I’m not driving to pick-up my younger daughter from somewhere of which I become alerted via mobile text message, then I’m writing.  Sometimes if I am really lucky then I can actually chose what I would like to do, but like most married ladies with children, duty calls 24 hours a day.

One thing that is a constant with me every night is my cup of Aloe Blossom Herbal Tea.  Some nights it tastes even better and I find myself drinking a second cup.  I have never been a huge fan of herbal teas, however, with the Aloe Blossom Herbal Tea, I think it’s the sweet cinnamon taste that wins everyone over on first taste.  I usually feel that herbal teas need added sugar, but because of the ingredients, the Aloe Blossom Herbal Tea tastes sweet even though it is still zero calories.

I have tried decaffeinated teas and coffee but find they can still have a negative impact on the digestive system, with mild reflux sometimes resulting.

So as much as I would love to post a picture of myself with a face mask and painting my nails to depict my evening routine, it is just not in my realm of reality.  Swearing and cursing because cleaning the dishes or unloading the washing machine has ruined my recent home manicure is closer to reality for me.

If this pattern resonates with you, then believe me when I say,  “you will find your little moment in heaven with a cup of Aloe Blossom Herbal Tea.”
