Dark Places

L

ast weekend I spent a fair bit of my time talking to people in dark places.

Each person’s circumstances were different but there was one common variable amongst the diversity of situations. That factor was that old established childhood patterns and behaviours instilled and formulated for survival were still playing through into their adult lives.

In an earlier post, I talked about 2018 being the year for the establishment of “NEW WAYS”.
Out with the old and in with the new. Patterns that no longer serve our evolving soul were being replaced with more uplifting and life serving patterns. Time to come alive! Come into your own and DRIVE YOUR OWN BUS.

Happy people live longer and get sick fewer times than unhappy people. Well that’s a PLUS!

You see if you find that you are constantly having episodes of suffering, arguing, feeling trapped, feeling caged, or feeling buried with no escape- then this post is for YOU!

You may have even made yourself quite sick from it all.

Whatever is happening to you it’s time to claim your life back. Decide that you will no longer be a slave to the unconsciousness of others. Forgive them and MOVE ON.

From now on you will not be sucked into the manipulation or expectations of others. Those ways belong to them and they can keep them.

So how do you change your situation?

YOU CAN’T – you can only change yourself and watch the situation change.

MARK YOUR CALENDER as TODAY is the day I claim my life back!

Then decide what your terms are and stick to them. Be strong, be positive but above all make the choice that all your responses and reactions will come from love. Please throw guilt out the window as that won’t serve you.

Now you have to take on a huge responsibility. With ultimate freedom comes responsibility. Be very mindful of all your responses.

You are creating a new pattern- not providing fuel to go back to what was.

Take time away from the pattern or people that are triggering you or burying you and remember as I was reminded by an Instagram post on the weekend in the midst of it all:

When you're in a dark place, you sometimes tend to think you've been buried. Perhaps you've been planted. Bloom
