04 Jan A New Year’s Resolution
we are through all the festive celebrations, gained 5kg, made New Year’s Resolutions we are probably unlikely to keep and sworn we will do it all differently next time around.
Well in 2018, Tania’s Textbook will help you to lose weight if you choose, keep resolutions you make and definitely put you in good stead to bring new ways into your pattern. In 2018 we are going to shed the patterns that no longer serve us and replace them with more uplifting, life affirming patterns. And we are going to do it all with a smile on our face. No room for stress. In fact for 2018- Tania’s Textbook will have its own New Year’s Resolution:
To stop and smell the roses.
Up until now we have only concentrated on Mind Medicine. Tania’s Textbook is a textbook to happiness, and although I believe that happiness starts in the discovery of “your true nature” by the taming of the mind, I also believe that we need to attend to our physical and emotional well-being and I believe it all has to be ‘light and easy’ and it needs to be fun. So although in 2018 the emphasis will still be on “Mind Medicine” or using our everyday occurrences as our spiritual challenge, we will introduce the categories of “Body Love” and “Soul Solutions”. All aimed at keeping you smiling.
In 2018 we will cover some big topics, explore strategies and exercises for quietening the mind and we will bring some focus to our body and soul.
Above all – we will not only learn how to stop and smell the roses but why it is so incredibly important in terms of our happiness.
