02 Jun The Best Milk
ania’s Textbook is about raising our awareness. Living more consciously. Gaining control of our thoughts and awakening to our true essence. This is a journey toward happiness with a large emphasis on our mental health. Physical health is equally important to our overall happiness.
Tania’s Textbook is about simple solutions. Sometimes improving your health is not about a complete overhaul of your foods and eating habits, but more about replacing some of the items in your existing diet with better quality, more natural alternatives.
For lovers of milk- I have found the best milk!
I stumbled into a small café- Nicolo Café in Victoria ParK, Western Australia and was served by a lovely lady who told me about Sunnydale Milk products sold at their premises. Needless to say the cappuccino was superb.
I decided to try a home-made ice-cream which was also delectable. Both were made with Sunnydale Dairy Milk.
Sunnydale Dairy produce top-quality, glass-bottle A grade milk from grass fed cows in the south-west of WA. Remember the thick layer of cream in the glass-bottled milk from your childhood? Sunnydale Dairy milk has that! This delicious, creamy milk is non-homogenised, which is why you get a thick layer on top. Most milk is homogenised purely for aesthetic reasons- because someone, somewhere decided that the thick layer of cream wasn’t very pretty. Non-homogenised milk is much better for your health, and perfectly safe for pregnant women, too.
And it’s delicious!
I also love the glass bottles. Milk poured from glass simply tastes better than milk stored in plastic or cartons. I also love the fact that glass bottles are better for the environment, because they can be re-used instead of added to landfill.
So if you get a chance- try Sunnydale glass-bottled milk.
I hope you like it as much as I do
