04 Oct The Journey of Life Starts with YOU
I invite you to join me on a journey. An extraordinary journey through everyday life. A journey in which our everyday occurrences become our spiritual challenges. Together without changing anything but our thoughts and reactions we can transform our lives.
Together we can build a happier life for ourselves and our fellow humans.
It’s about having fun and not allowing our minds to run the show. It’s amazing to watch how much you can transform your life by transforming your mental reactions to everyday occurrences. No more retreats, books, or CDs just a daily dose of “Mind Medicine” on Tania’s Textbook.
The world is changing. Real, lasting change happens from the bottom and filters upward.
And it starts with “YOU”. “YOU” are very important to this change.
My name is Tania and I’m the author of, “The Spiritual Dimension- Find it in Your Life Easily”. The book is a comical navigation to a state of mind that can assist in overcoming depression and anxiety or any other state of unhappiness.
Many people contacted me and asked for everyday constant reminders and viewpoints and so the blog was born.
Let’s take this journey together!
